- If design needs modifications, we can accommodate the necessary re-design
- Component and material sourcing and approval (cost may be incurred for early sample for both color and technical approval)
- Based on the design, we divide product into different materials and components
- Submit material and components for approval
- Tool making and approval (Full payment for all tooling involved)
- After final design, materials, and components are approved, final tooling quotations will be submitted
- Upon full payment of tooling, 3-D design will proceed
- After final design is approved, tooling will require up to 6 weeks
- Material testing or approval
- After tooling finished, first production samples will be provided
- Final modification of tooling and material changes
- Once approved, mass production will commence
