Each lens we develop will follow an optimized optical design process:
- Develop a design specification.
- Determine starting points.
- Analyze the starting design(s).
- Optimize the starting design(s).
- Analyzing the optimized design(s).
- Repeat Steps 4 and 5 as necessary.
- Perform a global optimization check on the finished design.
- Perform a tolerance check on the finished design.
- Modify the finished design for fabrication and cost considerations.
- Post-fabrication analyses.
